changing a serpentine belt on a 1999 Ford Taurus SE

Hey Guys
I'm an avid listener and respect your opinions. I have a 1999 Ford Taurus SE with over 280,000 miles on it,is it worth my time and elbow grease?

It should not take much time or elbow grease, why not change it?

Thanks, I'm quite poor and don't have the tools-could you tell me what tools I would need and do you have a diagram on your web-site to help guide me?
