I am very excited this year for Democrats. Personally, I am glad to be able to vote for Obama in Arkansas. I think that he is very inspirational and would be an excellent President. In any event, it is exciting to see two non-traditional candidates on the Democratic side. It is a historic year to have such a high probability for the next President to be either an African-American man or a woman. This is a great year for the Democrats and will be an awesome year for the country as a whole.

Once again I find myself more or less voting against candidates and not for one.

What a year for political junkies. Both races have been lots of fun already and neither is decided yet.
Obama has motivated lots of new voters and reinspired lots of old ones. Huckabee has surprised most Arkansans with his success so far. Limbaugh hates McCain. Hillary and Bill are back in form. It's just a cool time to be an American voter.
