The most impressive thing to me is how they encourage creativity and I think that really shows in their films.  Picking a favorite Pixar film is like picking a favorite child but some of my favorites are (Monsters Inc., The Incredibles, Toy Story 2 then 1.  All of the films have been good because they have good stories and I really applaud the courage to make a film like Wall*E which was a real trailblazer.   <br/>  <br/> Interestingly, I really don\'t think of Pixar as an animation studio per se.  The studio for me creates movies that just happen to be animated.  Are they infallible?  Nobody is, but I\'m not root for any public failure.  From their own admission they have had private failures but that *is* part of the creative process and it\'s healthy to overcome conflict in your own house if you want to show how your own characters overcome conflict.</div></div></div></div></div>');
