It like that everywhere now days Thay come in and net thing you know there are 20 of them living in the same damn house Come on America are Thay need to come into this country legaly or get out
I agree on that to a certain extinct. What do you expect to do with the money that is not going to FICA, State, Fed, Election campaign, Welfare, Elderly assistance, SS, and ever other tax government is taking from my check. Some of us make minimum wage and still have our own place. Why don't you say what your true intentions are. Perhaps open a restaurant, store, or whatever where you only hire your kind. Where does that leave us. You are only endangering yourself with so many people in a house. Its called A FIRE HAZARD. It helps to obey those laws as well. If you are not doing that why should you become we pay or do anything for you since you have your own rules to go by? American people are decreasing partly because we have to think about what else we have to pay for that is not our responsibility. This is ridiculous to make people understand The United States Laws, Rules, Constitution, and Amendments. You know what since this is not working we need to change it all. If you are here more then 10 years on a green card return to your homeland and wait to those candidates are properly channel right. Then work with that and eventually open our doors years later. Its just too much nonsense. Even if we have to go to every home and business we need to pull Murphys Law to get things undercontrol and out of hand. American people have to survive peacefully and profitably. Check back on your green card status in 20 years or so.
umm your sitting there commenting on how immigrants dont need to come to america well i hope you kno this is AMERICA people have been migrating to the united states since the 1600's and probibly before that. You dont even kno how to spell correctly and you've lived here for how long? and if your going to live here maybe you should take advantage of our free education system to learn how to spell....
The whole world can not come to America! The immigration policy needs to change ASAP! No more anchor babies! Why don't you take a look at some of the other countries immigration policies such as Mexico's? They are much more strict. America of the past needed to populate the country, but guess what- we are full! If you do want to come here, then come legally, learn to speak english, and really become an American- embrace our culture and values!
Yes, we are full now. My ancestors came to the U.S. in the 1840s. You really shouldn't compare today to back then.
To say that we've always had immigration isn't even very accurate because the laws have changed over the years and during the 1920s - 1960s were rather restrictive. During these years the USA absorbed the great masses of immigrants from previous decades to become a strong, unified Country.
That is a well worn, ignorant. and obsolete argument. Yes, end immigration and give the USA a break.
Oh, this is hillarious! You have the gall to criticize someone else's spelling or English?? Let's look at yours:
You wrote: umm your (correction: it should "you're or you are" ) sitting there commenting on how immigrants dont (correction: it should be "don't) need to come to america ( correction: America, it should be capitalized" ) well i hope you kno this is AMERICA (correction: there should be a period here to start a new clause) people have been migrating to the united states (correction: again, United States should be capitalized) since the 1600's and probibly (correction: probably) before that. You dont (correction: again, it should be "don't) even kno (correction: the word is "know") how to spell correctly and you've lived here for how long? and if your (correction: again, it should be "you're or you are) going to live here maybe you should take advantage of our free education system to learn how to spell.... (Too bad you did not take advantage of it yourself buddy. You would have certainly benefitted immenslely)
Ummm...this is america and people have been migrating here since the 1600's, its what makes the united states...the UNITED states.
and since you DO live here maybe you should take part in our free EDUCATION system because i know people who dont even speak english and can spell better then you....or maybe dont critisize people.
Ummm... Talk about irony. You criticize somebody for spelling and use of English, yet your post has the word "critisize". None of the proper nouns are capitalized (proper nouns are the ones like "United States"). Also, conjuctions need an apostrophy (i.e. its = it's dont = don't). Perhaps you are the one that needs to learn English better.
You know a thread is going down hill when people start complaining about the spelling in another person's post. Don't be so petty - ignore the typos and concentrate on substance - I imagine you'll find enough to counter there.
I am an american citizen (white american). I do not have a problem with immigrants. If they would like to come into the United States they are more than welcome, but only if they do it legaly. If you would like to come into the country do it with dignity. Taking advantage of the United States is going to completly take down the system every illegal immigrant is using and then what are people going to do? Answer that question !
Do you know what it takes to come to the U.S. legally???? Do you think people would stop risking their lives crossing through the desserts (with children in tow) if it were that easy to just apply and come to the U.S. REALITY CHECK: My brother is the son of a U.S. citizen that was born and raised in Mexico (my mom). Her parents were Americans and that is how my Mom gained her citizenship. However, since she did not reside in the U.S. growing up long enough (7 years before the age of 14 and 7 years after the age of 14) my brother is going on his tenth year of the application for his U.S. residency and all this while (Because he is doing it the legal way) has not been able to come to the U.S. not even as a tourist. PEOPLE DO NOT COME IN LEGALLY BECAUSE IT IS A VERY LONG AND HARD PROCESS. All the immigrants that came legally and quickly are the ones that companies sponsored them to come for their language and professional skills--they are the ones taking the jobs other Americans want--IT IS NOT THe UNDOCUMENTED WORKER that does the other jobs that can not come legally....they would have a family member petition them and then wait around 15 to 20 years for their turn...CAn you now see why they risk their lives to come here undocumented? We all need to be educated about immigration laws and procedures if we are going to participate in the debate...so pass this info. along because people that just say...WHY DON'T THEY JUST APPLY FOR A VISA??? have no clue as to how hard and long of a process that is!
Many people asking "WHY DON'T THEY JUSP APPLY FOR A VISA" are LEGAL immigrants! Saying that being an illegal is okay because the system is hard is bull. For me, making $100,000 a year is almost impossible (I barely make 1/3 of that). So, going along the lines of your argument, if I want to provide for my family better, I need to do it illegally. When I get arrested for dealing or robbing someone, I can blame the system..."It's too hard to support my family the LEGAL way!" Please. People who come here illegally might as well slap the face of every immigrant (like my grandpa) who came here the RIGHT way.
"You cant compare an immigrant coming into the country for job opportunity with a drug dealer or a thief. Cmon now."
You come on now. Around one-half of the total prison population in Southern California are illegal immigrants. Yes you can make that comparison. It is valid.
