The Bush Administration has been under pressure to let more Iraqi refugees move to the United States. In the summer of 2007 the administration was getting ready to admit up to 7,000 Iraqi refugees by the end of September. But critics say the number of refugees being allowed to come to the U.S. is still too small.
Should the U.S. admit more refugees from Iraq?
Does the American government have a special moral obligation to assist individuals who helped the United States on the ground in Iraq? How many Iraqis should be admitted?
Every Iraqi, and many others in the Middle East, have for over 50 years been preached to that the Jews. Christians, and the USA in general are evil things and they should not be dealt with on a friendly basis. The more of these people that we admit to our country, the more of a fifth column they make.
christians and jews have been living in the midleeast for 15 centuries ,the 3 comuniity were living in peace under muslim ruling ,when you go to syria irak yemen egypt.. you see churches ,synaguogues.the hatred exist in your mind ,spread by your politicians and the failed foreign policy of your governments ,and the 5th column is just your imagination.they spread fear to make you easy to manipulate
You're absolutely correct. Most people in the Middle East hate Israel, for obvious reasons. Israel ultimately has nothing to do with Judaism and certainly is not a Christian concept, unless you believe the End Times rapture nuts.
I say NNNNNNooooooooo! WAKE UP MORONS !!!!! BY ACCEPTING THEM In2 the country ,we r asking 4 Troubles. Yes, Trouble with BIGGGG T Lable on it.Remember De 911 incident? Who flew the Big Steel Birds n Crush in2 the TWIN Towers???????
u must be middle-eastern and in denial, because i dont think the bombing and wars are just in my mind. you are bombing the hell out of each other, and you say that the "the hatred exist in your mind" i've been to israel, and there's a whole shitload of hatred there. our politicians cannot be held responsible for all of your wars, though they are responsible for that tragedy of the Iraqi War. do not blame us for all of your problems, because there was war in the middle-east far before we came along.
If you tell someone something over and over, they start to believe it. Do you think you are any exception? Watch "Century of Self" the history of public relations in the U.S. (The film the U.S. Government and Corporations don't want you to see).
Watch Robert Newman's "History of Oil" watch the PBS documentary "Secret Government: Constitution in Crisis" watch "The Power of Nightmares" and last but not least "Orwell Rolls in his Grave"
No one has an exclusive on being lied to. Certainly not U.S. citizens. Check out Naomi Wolf's "End of America" We are in really big trouble right now, and the threat is not coming from the Middle East. Read the Constitution, and then defend it. You need to know when it is being destroyed.
Yes that's the right thing to do.But in the future those refugees will find out that they simply don't like Americans.America is increasingly racist and intolerant, thanks to CNN and Fox.Those refugees will end up excluded an feeling they don't belong in America. What will result from that?
Well, yeah, that why it's not a good idea to import Iraq refugees. There is no future for Iraq refugees in the US. Their future is in the Middle East in their own country. Nobody is going to rebuild iraq but the Iraqis.
