What are your favorite maple recipes?

There are probably more ways to enjoy maple syrup than there are sugar houses in Vermont, and VPR wants to know your favorite. Do you have a recipe no maple lover should be without? This is your opportunity to share your best recipe and try out the maple delights submitted by other VPR listeners.

Re: What are your favorite maple recipes?
For a refreshing drink, fill a tall red glass with cold Pellagrino (or other sparkling water) and stir in 2-3 Tbsp. of maple syrup.

Best on a hot afternoon but also perfect for sitting on the snowbank on the porch and watching the potholes go by.

Re: What are your favorite maple recipes?
During their high school years,my son's friend, Josh, brought us 'enlightenment' around T.H.E. BEST secret ingredient of spaghetti sauce: maple syrup. I'm Italian-American, and use my grandmother's recipe, but since I've started to add a generous dollop of maple syrup to my sauce, EVERYONE wants the recipe.
